So.....hi.
It's been a while.  I figure I should let people know what's been happening.
I've been working two jobs, which ends up with me working anywhere from 60 to 100 hours a week.  And yes, you can work 100 hours a week.  It sucks, but it can be done.
So....I've been watching the HTTYD tv show, 'Dragon Riders of Berk' and I'm happy to say that I was pleasantly surprised by the show.  I went in with zero expectations and it didn't suck!!  In fact, it's making me want to start writing again.  :D

So this morning I was thinking about LoZ. More specifically I was thinking about Princess Ruto and how much more awesome the story would have been if the Princess had been a Prince instead.
I was thinking about Link marrying him after saving Hyrule and becoming Prince-consort and having awkward state dinners with Princess Zelda and Prince Ruto.
I was thinking about how much of a hotass Ruto would grow up to be. Tall and strong and sweet and the most handsome princes in the land. And how he'd be head-over-heels in love with the human he's been engaged to since they were both children, when Link swooped in and rescued him.

Lt. Buck Compton of the 101st Airborne, Easy Company, has passed. Let us all take the day to remember what he and so many others did for our country during WWII.
Is it weird that I just wanna curl up in a ball and cry for a man I never knew aside from an actor's portrayal of him in an HBO miniseries?
I hope his last jump was a peaceful one into the far green country under a swift sunrise.
